This Privacy Policy explains how Levelier handles information when you use the Levelier Discord bot or visit this website.

Data the bot processes
Depending on the features used, Levelier may process Discord user IDs, guild IDs, usernames or display names needed for rank cards and leaderboards, XP, levels, message counts, voice minutes, daily streak dates, daily activity totals, member join dates, server configuration, level-up templates, roles, boosts, schedules, Premium status, and badges.
Message content
Levelier uses message activity to award XP, but the bot does not store message contents in its leveling database. Bots and webhook messages are ignored for XP.
Why this data is used
The data is used to provide leveling, rank cards, leaderboards, streaks, analytics, role rewards, scheduled XP events, server configuration, Premium features, and abuse prevention.
Storage and retention
Bot data is stored in the bot's SQLite database and retained while the relevant server or user record is needed. Server administrators can reset progress or delete a user's leveling record through the admin panel. Deleting a record removes the stored leveling data for that user in that server.
Discord
Levelier operates through Discord. Discord processes account, server, and message data under its own terms and privacy policy. Discord permissions and intents are required for the bot's features.
Sharing
Levelier does not sell personal data. Data may be processed by Discord as part of providing the Discord platform and by hosting or infrastructure providers needed to operate the bot.
Your choices
You can contact us about questions or deletion requests at contact@levelier.xyz. Server administrators can also use the admin panel to reset or delete leveling records.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the bot or website changes. The latest version will be published on this page.
